How does WorkDNA work?

WorkDNA uses a guided conversation format, in which it asks a series of targeted questions about your role. Based on your answers, it automatically summarizes your skills, core areas of responsibility and tasks, and creates a function description document. You have the possibility to review and refine the editable insights as you go, and download a comprehensive summary of your for use in reviews or documentation.

What can I use WorkDNA for?

WorkDNA has been designed to support Rice’s efforts to capture the knowledge of employees separating as a result of VSIP. In addition, WorkDNA is a versatile AI tool that can significantly enhance your professional documentation and communication with multiple potential use cases.

Your data is stored securely in Rice University systems. You should avoid sharing sensitive personal information within the tool.
